Common Return Reasons and Solutions
Arrived Late
If your order arrives later than the estimated delivery time (21 days), you may be eligible for a compensation refund of $5.
Defective / Damaged / Quality Issues
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
Changed Mind (No Longer Wanted)
If you decide that you no longer want the item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or issue a refund.
Parcel Damaged on Arrival
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us with photos and we will send a replacement free of charge.
Incorrect Shipping Information Provided
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately so we can try to correct it before shipment.

How to Return Your Order
1. Contact Us
Email us at hello@covacosmetics.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.
2. Approval & Instructions
Our team will confirm whether your return is approved and provide the return address. Returns without approval will not be accepted.
3. Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging (if available), including all components.
4. Ship the Return
Send the package to the provided return address and share the tracking number with us.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized orders
• Items marked as sale or clearance
• Products that have been used or damaged by the customer after delivery
• Items returned without prior approval
Damaged Items on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged:
• Take clear photos showing the issue
• Email them tohello@covacosmetics.com within 5 days of delivery. We will review the case and send a replacement or issue a refund if approved.
